  • Orders being shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post at a flat rate of $9.99. All orders being shipped to the USA and the UK will be shipped via UPS $19.99. All international orders will be shipped via UPS at a flat rate of $25.99.

    If your order is sent back to Scyla Boyer Jewelry by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

    All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery.

    Scyla Boyer Jewelry does our best to maintain our high standards of quality control but we understand that sometimes there are exceptions. If there is any manufacturer defect on the jewelry received, Scyla Boyer Jewelry will exchange the item.

    Please ensure that all labels, packaging and original sales receipt are included in the return.

    Exchanges are acceptable 7 days from the date received and must be returned within 7 days of request of exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items.
