Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within Canada. Orders shipped within the USA are sent via UPS at a flat rate of $9.99, while all international orders are shipped via UPS at a flat rate of $19.99.

For rush orders, please contact us via our Contact Page, and we will respond within 24 hours with available options and additional charges.

Scyla Boyer Jewelry is not responsible for duties, taxes, or any other fees associated with international shipments. We are also not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers; however, we will always do our best to ship using the fastest option available.

If your order is returned to Scyla Boyer Jewelry due to delivery failure, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Please note, all orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery.

Exchanges

Scyla Boyer Jewelry does not accept returns; however, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. While we take great care to maintain the highest standards of quality control, we understand that exceptions may occur.

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please ensure that all original labels, packaging, and the sales receipt are included with your return.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and returned within 7 days of the exchange request. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items.
