Shipping & Returns

  • Most of our pieces are made just for you! Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery so we can ensure your item is crafted and shipped with care.

  • No need to worry — your order will ship as usual and remain duty-free within Canada. Scyla Boyer pieces aren’t subject to any additional taxes or fees, unless otherwise noted at checkout.

  • We do ship internationally.

    Orders shipped within the USA are sent via UPS at a flat rate of $9.99, while all international orders are shipped via UPS at a flat rate of $19.99.

  • We take great care in making sure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to you.

    Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate after you receive it.

  • Scyla Boyer Jewelry does not accept returns; however, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. While we take great care to maintain the highest standards of quality control, we understand that exceptions may occur.

    If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please ensure that all original labels, packaging, and the sales receipt are included with your return.

    Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and returned within 7 days of the exchange request. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items.

  • To preserve the radiant beauty and longevity of your gold-plated jewelry, we recommend keeping it away from water. For best results, please remove your pieces before exercising, bathing, or swimming.

    To maintain the luminous finish, apply perfumes, lotions, and hair products before putting on your jewelry, helping to prevent any dulling of the delicate plating.

    When not worn, we suggest storing your jewelry in the provided pouch to protect it from scratches and keep it looking exquisite for years to come.
